Design and build

One contract from the first survey to the first swim.

We take responsibility for the whole body of water: structure, waterproofing, hydraulics, finishes and plant. The architect keeps the design intent; we make sure it holds water.

Fountains and water features

Choreographed jets, weirs, walls and reflecting basins for public and private spaces.

Fountains fail on the details nobody sees: wind drift, splash zones, drainage and the plant room. We design the sequence and the hidden engineering together.

Water treatment and safety

Filtration, disinfection and chemistry, engineered for Indian source water and bather loads.

Safe water is the point of the name. Every system we build turns the whole volume over on schedule, with UV or ozone alongside chlorine so the water stays clear without the smell.

Maintenance contracts

Weekly, monthly or seasonal, with the same engineer every visit.

A pool is a machine with a garden around it. We run it for you: chemistry, filtration, plant checks, pre-monsoon and post-monsoon inspections, and a report after every visit.

Restoration and retrofit

Leaking, tired or unsafe pools brought back to spec.

We inherit pools other people built. Leak detection, structural repair, re-tiling, new plant and new lighting, done without demolishing what still works.

  • Leak detection and pressure testing
  • Structural crack repair and re-lining
  • Re-tiling and coping replacement
  • Plant, pump and filter replacement
  • LED lighting and automation upgrades

  1. Survey

    Soil, water table, access and sightlines. We measure the ground before anyone draws a shape.

  2. Design

    Structural and hydraulic drawings issued together, coordinated with the architect and the landscape team.

  3. Build

    Sprayed or poured shell, waterproofing, plant room and services, run by our own site engineer.

  4. Finish

    Coping, tiling and edge detail. The slowest phase, and the one the eye lands on.

  5. Commission

    Balance the water, set the lighting scenes, hand over the plant room, and return before each monsoon.
